(1) New feature: Export templates in PDF 📄

This feature enables the generation of current HACCP documentation for inspections, ensuring hospitality businesses can maintain and present the latest records required by law. This keeps your HACCP system documentation up-to-date with any changes.

This functionality enables exporting configured templates in PDF format and DIN-A4 size for HACCP documentation.

From the Control Panel, under Configuration > Templates, a new “Export Templates” option will allow downloading the templates based on the filters applied or selected (by checking the ☑️ on the row in the table and clicking on the three dots for options).

(2) New feature: Offline Mode Tasks 🛜

This new functionality from Andy allows for working on the Task tool without an internet connection during a shift or for an entire day. The offline mode allows for modifications to items, enabling users to perform a variety of actions. These changes can later be synchronized once an internet connection is established.

Users need to connect to the Internet once a day to synchronize data and load the tasks for the current day.

(3) Progress Bar Color Adjustment in Tasks 🟢 🟡

This update enhances task management by making it easier to distinguish between completed and pending tasks, and to identify tasks not completed in previous days.

Now, the progress bar for the current day's tasks will appear in green, unless a task is overdue or requires justification. For tasks from previous days or when a checklist cannot be completed, as indicated by a "Pending" button, the circles and progress bars will change to yellow, simplifying the task tracking process.

(4) Fixed: Order columns in Audits ⿲

The issue with column sorting while overseeing an audit has been resolved.

(5) Increase Gallery Photo Size 📷

The photo gallery popup now maximizes to full screen size, allowing for larger viewing of photos.
